The mother and her son were caught in the act last week and were immediately arrested and could face incest charges which could land them in jail for up to three years.
Pfeiffer was being held on $70,500 bail, according to the reports, they could be facing charges of indecent liberties with a child and would be arraigned in court on the 30th of September.
