Daliyah who is from Georgia became "Librarian Of The Day" at the Congress after reading 1000 books.Her mother said her daughter,Daliyah,had always watched her parents and siblings read aloud and she(Daliyah) wanted to do take over and do the reading herself.She then signed her for the 1000 Books before Kindergaten Programme.
She has read the 1000 books and hope to read up to 1500 before she starts Kindergaten this fall.Daliyah is also able to read the book of 10 and 12 yr-old siblings.
