This beautiful 18-yr-old damsel has turned herself into the Police on Monday after her co-worker accused her of serving contaminated food to a customer.Sky Juliett Samuel was said to have spilled her menstrual blood and saliva into a cheeseburger which a customer ordered.She was on the 7th of this month caught by her fellow worker who said she saw her spill the blood and saliva on the cheeseburger and serve it to a customer.The mother of the witness then posted it on facebook and the victim filed a complaint at the local police department.The co-worker however claimed she was sacked from the restaurant Jack's for sharing information concerning the issue but the C.E.O said she was fired for a different reason.Photo of her in prison below......
