Iyabo Ojo's lawyers have written to Yomi Fabiyi, requesting that he withdraw his "defamatory publication" against her.
Yomi Fabiyi was detained for allegedly sexually molesting Princess' foster daughter and accused actress Iyabo Ojo and comedian Princess of threatening to "Kill Baba Ijesha" if he was released on bail.
Yomi's statement is "offensive and vexatious," according to Iyabo's lawyers, who have demanded a retraction, an apology, and payment of damages.
They went on to say that Yomi's accusation has caused "trauma and anxiety" for Iyabo Ojo, her colleagues, and business associates.
They also requested that he refrain from making any "new or additional defamatory publications" about Iyabo Ojo.
They demanded that Yomi pay a sum of N100 million in damages.
