Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has issued a public apologies to TAMPAN, a member of the Nollywood Association, for her suspension from the film industry.
The association stated at a press conference on Saturday, June 26 in Lagos that it would not allow any disrespect from both actresses who attempted to tarnish the organization.
Jide Kosoko said in his speech that Nkechi Blessing and Iyabo Ojo are not Tampan members and so cannot be suspended. The union, on the other hand, will work against them if they engage in actions as practitioners that damage the union's name.
This move sparked a lot of backlash on social media from followers of Iyabo Ojo who were angry at TAMPAN.
The mother of two, on the other hand, has taken the steps to apologize and seek forgiveness.
