Popular musician King Wasiu Ayinde Omogbolahan Marshall, the Mayegun of Yorubaland, has lost his father, Otunba Samson Aremu Rufai, the Mefu of Igan.
Otunba S.A Rufai (JP), a well-known community leader in Ago-Iwoye, died at the age of 84.
After a brief illness, Otunba Rufai passed away in the early hours of January 26th, 2022.
He ruled for 43 years as the Mefu of Igan Quarter, one of Ago-eight Iwoye's Quarters.
