Lionel Messi has a new bidder in Saudi Arabia, with Al-Ittihad joining Al-Hilal in the race to sign him, according to Marca.
It was revealed earlier this week that Al-Hilal was willing to spend £245 million on Messi.
However, "Al-Ittihad is now believed to have expressed interest" in the 35-year-old.
Both clubs are willing to pay Messi £306 million per season, far exceeding the £175 million earned by his former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr.
Argentina's captain, who won the World Cup last month, may be ready and willing to redeem his rivalry with Ronaldo in the Mid East.
Messi's current PSG contract expires in June 2023, but the Ligue 1 champions are desperate to extend it.
