Nollywood actress Remi Surutu has spoken out on social media after a follower accused her of killing her own daughter. Surutu took to her Instagram account to share her frustration, explaining that she was being attacked for her political choice to support the All Progressives Congress (APC). She urged her followers to take the time to understand the concept of democracy and to not resort to spreading lies and baseless accusations. Surutu revealed that she was deeply hurt by the allegations and the insinuations that she was involved in her daughter's death. She went on to say that her daughter had always been her strength and would fight back against anyone who tried to harm her mother. Despite the hurtful accusations, Surutu vowed to continue speaking out and campaigning for the political party of her choice.
