The 27-year-old shot-stopper, who garnered attention during the recent African Cup of Nations (AFCON), was greeted by a large crowd of football enthusiasts at Port Elizabeth Airport.
Chippa United, Nwabali's new club, expressed their excitement about his arrival through a brief message on their official social media platform. The message simply stated, "He’s Back @NwabaliBobo."
During the AFCON tournament, Nwabali showcased his skills on the field, although conceding four goals in seven appearances. Despite this, his efforts were recognized and honored upon his return to Nigeria.
