Today, the Household of David, a prominent Lagos church situated in Adeniji Jones, Ikeja, suffered a devastating fire incident just hours before its scheduled annual conference. The multi-million auditorium, intended for the upcoming Mercy Conference featuring renowned preachers like Joshua Selman, Isaac Oyedepo, Godman Akinlabi, and Yemi Davids, was entirely engulfed by the fire. The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Services attributed the fire to the church's ceiling, and the incident has left the auditorium in ruins with no salvageable items.
