"I’m Worried About These So-called Baddies. What Do You Have Upstairs As A Baddie?" - Actress Funke Akindele

Filmmaker Funke Akindele has voiced her concern about young women who label themselves as "baddies" without showcasing intellectual achievements. Speaking on Arise TV, the award-winning actress emphasized the importance of creating meaningful content.

“I enjoy watching beautiful content, but you have to watch what you churn out. Focus on your brand, what you are selling, what you want people to learn from you. If you are an actor or a self-made person, what are you churning out for the upcoming ones? You must influence their lives positively with your content,” she said.

Akindele advised viewers to be discerning about the content they consume, encouraging them to seek entertainment and learning rather than superficial impressions. She warned against believing everything seen on social media, urging people to stay positive and produce content that promotes and positively impacts their lives.

“I am so worried about these so-called baddies. A baddie without showcasing what you have intellectually? We need to know what you are doing, what positive content you are creating that people will be proud of," she concluded.
