"I Never Told Any of My Children to Join Filmmaking" – Oga Bello Shares Thoughts on His Children's Acting Careers

Veteran Yoruba actor Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, has reflected on his children's journey into Nollywood and the condition he set before allowing them to pursue acting.

In an interview on the official YouTube channel of Oga Bello TV, the legendary actor revealed that he never pressured his children to join the film industry. Instead, his priority was for them to complete their education.

"I never told my children to join filmmaking. My aim was for them to go to school. When they were younger, they wanted to follow me to movie locations, but I gave them a condition—they had to pass their exams first," he shared.

He further revealed that he had opportunities to secure well-paying jobs for them in reputable companies, but they chose to follow their passion for filmmaking.

Despite their decision, Oga Bello expressed pride in their success, acknowledging their dedication and achievements in the entertainment industry.
