Street-hop singer Portable has released a new track inspired by the viral “Truth or Dare” phrase that has taken social media by storm.
The phrase became popular after skit maker Ijoba Lande accused his wife, Dara, of cheating on him with actor Baba Tee. Reacting to the controversy, Portable—whose partner, Ashabi Simple, is also an actress—publicly warned Baba Tee and strongly condemned him for allegedly being involved with another man’s wife. He even went as far as placing a curse on anyone who might try the same with his own baby mama.
In his latest song, performed in Yoruba, Portable appears to throw shade at Ijoba Lande, referencing how his wife was taken from him. The singer shared a video of himself vibing to the new track, clearly excited about the release.
