Nollywood star and African box office queen, Funke Akindele, has showered praises on her friend and colleague, Iyabo Ojo, for her latest achievement.
On Sunday, Iyabo Ojo premiered her highly anticipated first cinema movie, Labake Olododo, at Imax Cinemas in Lekki, Lagos. The event was well attended by industry colleagues and fans who came out to support the actress on her big day.
A video from the premiere, now trending on social media, captured the heartwarming moment Funke Akindele expressed admiration for Iyabo’s work. She praised the movie’s beautiful aesthetics, stunning visuals, and overall quality.
In her words, Funke told Iyabo:
