Nigerian crossdresser and socialite Bobrisky has faulted Big Brother Naija winner Phyna for involving social media activist Verydarkman in the fight for justice over her late sister, Ruth Otabor, who died after being hit by a Dangote truck.
Bobrisky argued that Phyna should have used her own platform to speak out instead of turning to Verydarkman, whom he accused of destroying the case just as he allegedly did during the Mohbad saga.
In his words:
“Mistake that girl made was to go to Verydarkman. You should have just used your page and voice out, let Nigeria hear you. Your page is enough. Going to Verydarkman—he has spoilt the case now. The same thing he did during Mohbad. We don’t see front, we don’t see back. The moment he put his mouth in the Mohbad case, everything went sour.”
Bobrisky further questioned how the Mohbad case was handled, stressing that instead of pushing for DNA tests, the real question of “who killed Mohbad” remains unanswered. He claimed that since Verydarkman stepped in, no real progress has been made, noting that Mohbad has not even been buried to date.
The socialite also mocked claims that Verydarkman forced him out of Nigeria, insisting he left on his own terms and could return at any time. He dismissed the activist as “not important” and vowed that his influence would never stop him from traveling or living freely.
