“I Am One of the Most Decent Actors We Have” – Actress Rose Odika Declares as She Opens Up on Failed Marriage

Veteran Nollywood actress Rose Odika has boldly declared herself one of the most decent actors in Nigeria.

Speaking in an interview with colleague Biola Bayo on her talk show Talk to B, the light-skinned Yoruba actress confidently stated:

“To burst your bubble, I am one of the most decent actors you have out there.”

During the chat, Odika also opened up about her personal life, including her failed marriage. She revealed that she waited five years before conceiving, and sadly, her marriage ended when her child was barely two years old.

According to her, no one should remain in a toxic marriage, stressing that it is not worth one’s life. She further advised that a man who marries an actress should be ready to accept her profession.

“No need for toxic marriage, it isn’t worth it. A man who met you as an actor should marry you as an actor. If he cannot stay with it, then he should go,” she said.

The actress also reflected on her career, noting that she began acting professionally in 1989 and rose to fame in 1993.
