Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has returned to Nigeria after spending several weeks in Tanzania for traditional postpartum care, popularly known as “omugwo.” She had travelled there to support her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, who recently welcomed her baby, Rakeem.
A video making the rounds on social media captured Iyabo Ojo alongside fellow actress Toyin Abraham as they prepared to depart Tanzania, just days after baby Rakeem’s 40th-day celebration.
The clip’s caption read, “Iyabo Ojo is finally leaving Tanzania. Best grandma! Priscilla and Baby Rakeem will miss her so much.”
Fans have since flooded the comment section, praising Iyabo for being a supportive mother and grandmother while sending love to Priscilla and baby Rakeem.
