Popular comedian and actor Woli Arole has responded to questions from fans about why he rarely posts pictures or videos of his family online.
In a message shared on his Instagram page, the skit maker made it clear that his marriage was never meant to be for public display or social media attention. According to him, the main reason he got married was for companionship, not for posting content online.
“I didn’t marry for posting. I married for companionship,” Arole wrote.
He further advised his followers to understand that not every part of life needs to be shared with the public. The comedian stressed that life exists beyond social media and people can live fully without putting everything online.
“Not everything about your life should be public. Abeg. What if there was no social media, won’t you live?” he added.
His statement has since sparked conversations online, with many fans agreeing with his decision to keep his family life private and away from social media pressure.
