Nollywood actress Seiilat Adebola Adeyemo, popularly known as Seiilat, is mourning the loss of her father.
The sad news, earlier reported by the Yoruba blog Emiralty Africa, was confirmed by the actress on her social media page. Sharing a candlelight photo, Seiilat opened up about the deep pain she is experiencing following his passing.
In her words:
“My dad fought so hard, but God loved him more and called him home to rest. I never imagined I would feel this shattered and broken. Losing a parent is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I see all your calls and messages, but I’m not in the right state of mind to respond right now. I will get back when I can. Thank you for all the love. The pain runs so deep… losing the one God used to create you.”
Her emotional message has drawn sympathy from fans and colleagues, who have continued to send condolence messages and prayers during this difficult time.
