Nollywood actress and filmmaker Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has reached a major career milestone as her latest movie, Mother’s Love, officially crossed N100 million at the box office.
The announcement was made on Monday, April 13, 2026, via a dedicated Instagram page set up to keep fans updated on the film’s performance. Omotola’s team expressed heartfelt appreciation to fans across Nigeria and West Africa for their strong support.
They noted that the movie was released during a unique period when both Christians and Muslims were observing fasting—Lent and Ramadan—which made the achievement even more remarkable. Despite this and the release of other competing films, the team said the turnout and support remained impressive.
