Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has expressed gratitude to God after surviving a recent health scare.
The actor shared a photo of himself on a hospital bed via his Instagram page, revealing that he went through a difficult 48 hours. According to him, he believes he survived because of God’s mercy.
Rotimi explained that the situation was partly due to physical stress from promoting his movie, Kilanko. Despite the challenges, he remained thankful for his life and the progress of the project.
In his words, he said:
“Thank God for my life… I survived the last 48 hours because God said yes. I have truly stressed this body. Kilanko has taken too much from me, but still I am grateful to God for life and Kilanko’s progress.”
His post has since drawn concern and prayers from fans and colleagues, many of whom wished him a quick recovery.
