Nollywood actress Basira Beere has once again spoken about the difficulties she experienced in her marriage during an interview on Biola Adebayo’s podcast.
During the emotional conversation, Basira recalled a painful moment from her pregnancy, claiming that her husband collected a car he had bought for her and later gave it to another woman.
According to her:
“I could remember how my husband collected the car he bought for me while I was still heavily pregnant for him, and I later discovered he gave it to one of his girlfriends.”
The actress also alleged that her husband repeatedly made advances toward some of her close friends, even after they reminded him that they were friends with his wife.
She said:
“My husband has asked over four of my friends out, and when those ones even tried reminding him of who they are to me, his wife, my husband would calm them down and tell them nothing is wrong in dating him.”
Basira further claimed that she had seen messages and inappropriate content allegedly sent to her husband by different women, adding that the situation has continued over time.
She also accused him of constantly defending his actions and alleged that his mother supported him despite the issues in the marriage.
Her revelations have since sparked reactions online, with many social media users expressing sympathy and sharing different opinions about relationships, loyalty, and marriage challenges.
