Bakare Zainab Marks Late Allwell Ademola’s 50th Posthumous Birthday with Charity

Nollywood actress Bakare Zainab has honoured the memory of her late colleague and friend, Allwell Ademola, in a touching and charitable way as the actress marked what would have been her 50th birthday.

To commemorate Allwell's 50th posthumous birthday, Bakare took to the streets to provide food and financial assistance to less privileged members of the public.

Sharing a video of the act on social media, the Yoruba actress reflected on the pain of losing someone dear and the memories that remain after their passing.

Bakare noted that when a loved one dies, the memories shared with that person—including pictures, videos and conversations—become precious reminders of their presence.

She revealed that she sometimes returns to her old chats with Allwell and listens to her voice whenever she misses her, describing the experience as a way of keeping her memory alive.

In her heartfelt tribute, she wrote:

“When someone dies, all we are left with is the memories we shared, pictures and videos.”

Bakare affectionately referred to Allwell as “Eniobanke Apeke” and prayed for the continued rest of her soul, while also asking God to forgive her shortcomings.

She also acknowledged actor Rotimi Salami for his efforts in honouring Allwell, describing him as an amazing brother and praying for God's comfort for him and his family.

The gesture adds to the growing tributes from Allwell Ademola's colleagues, who have continued to celebrate her life and preserve her memory following her death.
