Nollywood actress Biodun Okeowo has warmed hearts online after sharing a touching video of the special birthday surprise she planned for her husband.
The actress, whose husband recently celebrated a new age, went all out to make the occasion unforgettable by transforming their bedroom with beautiful flowers and balloons. She also showered him with thoughtful gifts, including perfumes, a wristwatch, cash, a heartfelt love letter, and other presents.
Recounting the behind-the-scenes effort, Biodun revealed that she deliberately asked her husband to attend church alone so she could have enough time to decorate the room without raising suspicion.
According to her, the plan almost failed when her husband returned home and insisted on entering the room before everything was ready. She jokingly said she had to stand guard at the door because his curiosity wouldn't let him rest.
The actress also shared that sourcing the decoration materials in the United States wasn't easy, revealing that she handled the entire setup by herself. She proudly asked fans to rate her effort, expressing satisfaction with how the surprise turned out.
The romantic gesture has since earned admiration from fans, with many praising Biodun for going the extra mile to celebrate her husband and applauding the love and effort she put into making his birthday memorable.
