Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has opened up about rediscovering herself after spending years feeling as though she had lost the energy, confidence and spark that once defined her.
The actress made the revelation in a social media post, where she reflected on a period of her life when she continued with her daily activities despite not feeling like herself.
According to Nkechi, she managed to move through life as though everything was fine, even though she had lost an important part of herself along the way.
However, she said she has now rediscovered her spark and is excited about entering a new phase of her life.

The actress suggested that she went through her difficult moments largely without the support she needed, which has strengthened her resolve to live according to her own terms now that she has found herself again.

“For years I lost my spark, but somehow I managed to sail through life like all was well. Guess who has her spark back? ME.”
She added:
“And this time I am unapologetic about how I show up, cause nobody was there for me when I was down.”
