Filling stations now selling fuel at the rate of N300-500 per liter,Not Black Market

Am very sure most people don't have light at home right now,  It look like fuel marketers, and PHCH officials make a meeting and plan to make life terrible for Nigerians, No PHCH and fuel, They are showing their self. There is no way to buy fuel now, and if u see, They are selling it for N300-500 per liter, Not Black Market. Too Bad!
