Its reported that the deceased and his friends had been inside the sea water before they all decided to go off-shore but the birthday celebrant now turned deceased thinks he hasn't had enough fun then decided to go back to water while friends were watching immediately he got inside the sea the Ghanaian got drowned and was his body was later seen at the end of the shore dead. May his soul rest in peace..
