Man Beats His Wife & Daughter With Cutlass, Strips Them & Chase Them Around In Pants [Photo's]

This terrific incident happened in Uganda. An angry middle aged man was seen viciously beating his wife and daughter in a village in the East African country.

It all started when he started beating his wife but turned to his daughter when she used a stone to hit him to get him to stop beating her mum.
The most surprising thing was that every other person, including able-bodied men just stood there and watched as he attacked the two women with a cutlass. So Sad!!!
