who was arrested by Akampa Police Division before he was later transferred to the Police Headquaters in Calabar.The suspect confessed to poisoning his daughters saying he killed them because they said they were witches and he had no choice but to kill them before they killed him like they killed his parents.Festus was said to have given the twins a black substance which was a mixture of malt and acid.One of the twins died immediately while the other died in the early hours of the following day.
