Anyways meet 35-yr-old Ogochukuwu Nwosu who was said to be returning from work when two unknown men on a motorcycle downed liquid identified as acid on her.A couple Chidi and Nkiru Ubochianjonjo has been arrested as prime suspect of the incident.
According to the lawyer of the victim,Chidi and Ogochukwu has been together for a while and she was about to court with him when she found out he was married with kids and she told Chidi she could not marry him unless he told his wife about it and she agrees.Chidi did this but shortly after,Ogochukwu started receiving life-threatening messages both text and Whatsapp from Nkiru,the wife of Chidi.Ogochukwu later got another suitor and she was planning her marriage with him but Chidi told her she would only get married over his dead body and he went back to her house three days later but was challenged by her relatives but he told them he was around for personal business.Shortly after Ogochukwu was poured acid about a day later,Nkiru called Ogochukwu and told her the acid bath was the beginning of her pain...She(Ogochukwu) is currently at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital where she is on the fence of life and death while 39-yr-old Chidi and 40-yr-old Nkiru has been charged to court on four-count charges and the case has been adjourned after the couple were denied bail as the case as been referred to the Directorate of Public Prosecutions for legal advice...
