The Leadership of Commercial Tricycles and Motorcycle Owners Association,in Maiduguri has nabbed one Umar Garba, who specializes in stealing phones from passengers in commercial motorcycles popularly known as Keke Napep.
The suspect was finally arrested along Pompomari bye pass, Maiduguri on Monday morning, March 26.
