Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, a.k.a Ogogo, has taken to social media to tackle the issue of his possible role in some of the fraudulent activities allegedly carried out by a Muslim cleric identified as Alfulanny.

In a long and complex video uploaded on his official social media page, Ogogo gives a thorough explanation of his connection with the cleric.

He recalled how the cleric had come to his neighborhood a few days ago and asked him to meet him. The Nollywood actor said out of respect for him and his role as a spiritual leader he replied to the cleric 's call.

On the meeting with the cleric, Ogogo revealed that the man had shown him the gift of the car he had just received from the NURTW leader, MC Oluomo.

Ogogo stated that Alfulanny even told him to say hello to a stranger he was talking to on the phone.

The actor said that he collected the cell phone and exchanged pleasantries with the individual at the other side of the phone, without knowing who he was really speaking to.

According to him, days after the meeting, he began to hear stories concerning his alleged involvement in fraudulent activities perfected by the clergy.

Ogogo has made it quite clear that while he knows the man of God, he's never been part of fraud in his life, and he's never going to do it until he dies.

He called on the fans to help him circulate the video in order to correct the bad information which is being spread about him.
