A Nigerian man living with his spouse in the United Kingdom, who is also a Nigerian, uploaded a video claiming that he has nowhere to go because the violent actions of his wife forced him to leave home.
He said that for many years he had been a slave in his house, did the laundry, paid the mortgage, yet the wife abuses him anytime she wants.
He recounted the incident which led him to leave. He claimed he had just returned from work when his wife began to harass him again, and then she contacted the police. He said he even called the police, and when they got there, they came to the conclusion that his wife was lying and ordered him to leave the house.
The man stood at the front of his house waiting for a taxi with his "Ghana-must-go" bags and TV. He showed the world the address of the residence he was leaving and said he had nowhere else to go, but he was delighted to be "free" from his spouse.
Opinions have been split since the video was recorded and posted on 14 October.
Some people say that the woman who chased him out of the house is his third wife. It is also claimed that he had three children with his first wife, but that he had left them.
A variety of people are calling out the man's wife, threatening to spread her picture, and asking her to give her part of the story.
Meanwhile, Victoria Inyama accused the man of being a narcissist who just gave half-truths to make himself look like a victim.
She's also commented on the video, writing;
"Narcissist... Typical Narcissist. I always know half truths when I hear one. Narcissists are Oscar award winners at playing victims... Be very careful with a narcissist."
