Actress Iyabo Ojo Slams Inec: "You People Are A Shame And Disappointment To Nigeria"

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has raised concerns about the conduct of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) during the ongoing gubernatorial election in Nigeria. In particular, she highlighted the bad reports that have been circulating about the commission's mode of operation, especially in Lagos.

Expressing her disappointment in a post on social media, Iyabo Ojo described INEC's behavior as a "shame and disappointment" to Nigeria. She further criticized her colleagues, including Lege Miami, who had previously accused her of posting false election results about Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the presidential election.

Lege Miami, a fellow actor, had slammed Iyabo Ojo for allegedly spreading false information and attempting to backstab him by posting fake results that were against his party. He reminded her of the financial support he had provided to her in the past, including paying for her children's school fees and lodging them in a hotel.

In response to Lege Miami's accusations, Iyabo Ojo shared a voice note of their conversation, in which he had pleaded with her to desist from posting election results. However, Iyabo defended herself, stating that she was only reposting news from various blogs and colleagues and did not see the point of his outburst.

Despite the criticism from her colleagues, Iyabo Ojo remains undeterred and continues to speak out on issues affecting Nigeria. Her latest criticism of INEC underscores the need for electoral reform and transparency in Nigeria's democratic processes.
