Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh showed her support and concern for fellow actress Iyabo Ojo as she attended a recent event. Iyabo Ojo, who had been deeply affected by the passing of singer Mohbad, attended a private screening of "Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOA)" with a friend.
Iyabo introduced her friend, describing her as the "latest celebrity in town" and highlighting her achievements. However, Tonto Dikeh noticed that Iyabo appeared to be forcing a smile and commented on her heavy heart due to Mohbad's demise.
In her supportive message, Tonto urged Iyabo to stay strong, assuring her that everything would be okay. Both Tonto and Iyabo have been actively involved in advocating for justice in Mohbad's case.
These Nollywood stars have led efforts in organizing a candlelight procession for Mohbad, meeting with the deceased's family, engaging with the commissioner of police, and more.
In a recent visit to the late singer's family, Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh, along with Senator Elisha Abbo, extended their condolences and support.
Iyabo also met with DJ Splash, a former Marlian DJ, to hear about his experiences with Naira Marley's group and his interactions with Mohbad. Iyabo even vowed to change her political allegiance if the APC could ensure justice for the late singer.
Tonto Dikeh, through her foundation, offered a scholarship to Mohbad's son and promised to provide his wife with a monthly allowance. She also organized a candlelight procession in Abuja to honor the late artist.
