Lagos State Police Command has launched a manhunt for 26-year-old social media influencer Benjamin Best Nnanyereugo, who goes by the name Killaboi. This action comes in connection with the suspicious death of his 21-year-old girlfriend, Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion, whose lifeless body was found in Nnanyereugo's apartment located in the Ajah area of Lagos State in July 2023.
In response to the case, Nnanyereugo initially pledged to present himself to the authorities. However, he failed to do so, prompting the police to declare him a wanted individual, as announced by the command's Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin.
The police suspect that Nnanyereugo may have been involved in the murder of Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion on July 13, 2023, at his Oral Estate residence in Ajah. With all attempts to bring him in for questioning exhausted, the police decided to issue the wanted declaration.
According to the description provided by the police, the suspect is 26 years old, standing at approximately 5 feet 9 inches in height, and hailing from Abia State. He has a dark complexion and is fluent in English, Igbo, and Pidgin English.
To aid in the capture of Nnanyereugo, the public is urged to contact the nearest police station or call the hotline 0803 688 5727 if they have any information about his whereabouts. The search continues as authorities strive to uncover the truth behind this tragic incident.
