Rema has finally reacted to the allegations of him joining the Illuminati.

The singer, who recently began using bat images as his signature emoji, faced allegations and speculations about his symbolism choice. In response to the rumors, he addressed the issue through his Instagram Stories. He requested his longtime fans, known as Day 1 Ravers, to assist in clarifying the situation to his new fans. He emphasized that the symbolism was not what people assumed it to be. He explained, "Day 1 Ravers, help me educate the new Ravers that I have been using bat imagery for a long time. You would understand better if you simply research my origin, the key colors of my heritage, and what flies in the Benin skies every evening."

He further wrote, "As I grow and evolve, my artistic expression will also evolve unapologetically. Please take the time to understand your artist. This is why I participate in interviews. Dismiss any Illuminati rumors; I put in too much hard work to have my art associated with such negativity. Let go of those ideas now. Jesus is King."
