Mohbad's Cousin Clarifies Controversial Video; Explains Reason for Singer's Neck Position in Coffin

Mohbad's cousin, Darosha Losobeh, has stepped forward to provide clarification on the controversial video showing the late singer's twisted neck in the coffin. Contrary to allegations of breaking Mohbad's neck, Darosha expressed his anguish over the false accusations and the impact on his mental state.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Darosha explained the circumstances leading to the unconventional positioning of Mohbad's neck. He revealed that when they reached Ikorodu, they were informed that there was no space in the mortuary to keep Mohbad's body, and they didn't want him buried that night. In response, a worker suggested paying for an ambulance and a coffin to keep him until the next morning, with the same ambulance transporting him to the burial site.

The family agreed to the plan due to logistical constraints, as the ambulance they used to get to Ikorodu needed to return to the island that same night. Darosha clarified that only Mohbad's mother was not present during this decision-making process.

Expressing his emotional distress, Darosha stated that breaking Mohbad's neck was not the intent but a consequence of the circumstances. He highlighted that they were unaware of the coffin's size and paid for it along with the ambulance out of necessity to preserve Mohbad until the burial. The post aims to clear the misinformation and provide context to the controversial video.
