Yoruba Nollywood actor Muyiwa Ademola has shared his poignant experience after visiting the site of the recent explosion in Ibadan. Describing it as devastating, he emphasized that witnessing the aftermath in person is entirely different from seeing it on the internet or TV.
Expressing deep sympathy for the victims, Muyiwa noted the loss of lives, properties, and shattered hopes caused by the unfortunate incident. He offered heartfelt condolences to the affected families and prayed for the Almighty to grant them the strength to endure the tragedy.
Muyiwa also took a moment to appreciate the efforts of the rescue operators, including the Nigerian army, police, Road Safety Corps, Amotekuns, and firefighters. In his message, he commended their tireless work on the ground and extended kudos to the Oyo state government for their response to the calamity.
Concluding his message, Muyiwa fervently prayed that such a calamity would never be witnessed in their lands again.
