Nigerian actress Halima Abubakar has opened up about her struggle with a mysterious illness in a heartfelt video shared on her Instagram account.
In the video, Halima expressed gratitude to those who have supported her through her ordeal, stating, "What I've been through, only I can say it." She thanked those who didn't abandon or judge her, acknowledging that anyone could find themselves in a similar situation.
Halima shared that her illness has deeply affected her, saying, "What the devil meant to harm me, God used it to keep me alive." She revealed her face, visibly impacted by the ailment, and mentioned using a filter to lessen the appearance of her condition. Despite her struggles, she emphasized her faith and resilience, declaring, "God is good, God has saved me."
With tears in her eyes, she thanked her supporters and wished them well, concluding, "I do not wish this for anybody."
In the caption accompanying the video, Halima extended her gratitude to her co-stars and fans, writing, "Good morning everyone following me. So I made a video for you all but the reel is filled up.
