Toyin Lawani, the renowned fashion designer and stylist behind Tiannah’s Empire, has shared details about her recovery journey after undergoing six surgeries. She took to Instagram to update her fans on her progress and expressed gratitude for her new phase of healing.
Lawani revealed that she had taken a significant step towards recovery recently. She spoke about the various surgeries she had to undergo, including a tracheotomy that left her vocal cords damaged and temporarily took away her ability to speak. She thanked her medical team and family for their relentless support throughout her treatment, which has spanned over a year.
Despite still experiencing some challenges, such as waking up paralyzed at times and dealing with a bad leg and neck implants, Lawani expressed her gratitude for the progress she has made. She mentioned that she will start speech therapy soon and is hopeful for continued improvement.
Her heartfelt message concluded with thanks to her clients and fans for their support and a promise of her grand return to the fashion scene.
