Nollywood actor Ibrahim Chatta recently shared a disturbing incident at his film village in Oyo State. In a video, Chatta appeared visibly upset as he recounted how one of his staff members injured a pregnant horse while attempting to capture it.
The video showed the staff member kneeling and restrained by two men, begging Chatta for forgiveness. Chatta, speaking in both English and Yoruba, threatened to involve the police unless social media users intervened on the staff member’s behalf.
Chatta emphasized that animal cruelty is unacceptable, noting that even God disapproves of such behavior. He sternly warned, “If social media users don’t plead on your behalf, I will take you to the police station.”
