“Someone was caught recording my new movie at the cinema” Toyin Abraham Urges Nigerians to Stop Pirating Her Movie

Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has made a heartfelt plea to Nigerians to refrain from pirating her latest movie, Alakada: Bhad and Boujee, currently showing in cinemas nationwide.


Taking to her Instagram page, the actress revealed an incident where someone was caught attempting to record her movie at the cinema. She explained that the individual deleted the footage and was subsequently allowed to leave.


However, Toyin expressed her frustration with such actions, warning that she would no longer intervene if anyone else is caught recording her film.


"We caught someone at the cinema, who came to record Alakada: Bhad and Boujee. He deleted it, and I told them to let him go. Please stop recording; if they catch anyone, I won’t interfere again. Please, guys, I am so tired," she wrote.


Fans and followers have since expressed their support for the actress, condemning piracy and encouraging others to respect the hard work of filmmakers.
