Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has raised alarm after the Ogun State Police Command declared him wanted.
A statement issued by the Magistrate Court in Ogun State, which has been widely circulated online, accuses Portable of conspiracy, assault, armed violence, breach of public peace, and attempted murder through the recruitment of armed thugs. The police confirmed that the arrest warrant was issued in connection with an incident that occurred on February 5, 2025.
Reacting to the allegations, Portable denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the warrant was a targeted attack against him. He challenged the police to provide evidence of the accusations.
“I didn’t k!ll anybody. If anything happens to me, there will be trouble. They should post the evidence of where I fought them at my bar. They are evil people, and they are lying against me. Just k!ll me and let everywhere scatter,” he stated.
This development follows previous controversies involving Portable. Last year, he publicly attacked his estranged partner, Keji, over an alleged affair with Koko Zaria, an aide to MC Oluomo. Portable accused Keji of being involved with 36 men and claimed she had an affair in front of their son.
In response, Keji vowed to never let Portable have peace, stating that his obsession with her would eventually destroy him. She also exposed the singer for privately begging her to return while publicly dragging her online.
