Nollywood actress Chika Ike was left deeply emotional during her 40th birthday party, which doubled as an event to empower 40 women. In a moving moment, an elderly woman prayed for the actress, bringing Chika to tears. Sharing the clip on social media, she wrote:

"Thank you, Mama, for the prayer; it meant so much to me. I couldn’t hold back my tears. This was truly one of the highlights of my 40th birthday celebration. I’m deeply grateful. To all the amazing women who were present, I love you all! Thank you for making my day so memorable."

This year has been particularly special for Chika, as she also welcomed a baby girl, whom she affectionately described as her sunshine. She shared photos of her and her newborn in the hospital, celebrating the joyous addition to her family.

Following her pregnancy announcement, rumors circulated claiming that Ned Nwoko, husband of Regina Daniels, was the father of her child and intended to make Chika his seventh wife. Chika strongly denied these claims, clarifying that Ned was not the father and that polygamy is not for her.
