“72 Hours of Endless Tears” – Rotimi Salami Breaks Silence on Allwell Ademola’s Death, Shares Emotional Message

Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has finally spoken out following the heartbreaking death of his close friend and colleague, Allwell Ademola.

Taking to his Instagram page, the actor shared an emotional message, revealing that even after 72 hours of nonstop tears, the painful reality of her loss still feels unreal. He explained that although many people have reached out to him with love, prayers, calls, messages, and voice notes, he is currently too weak emotionally to respond or even find the right words to express how he feels.

Rotimi acknowledged the overwhelming support he has received and said he truly sees and appreciates everyone who has shown concern for his mental and emotional well-being. However, he admitted that things are not well with him at the moment.

Despite the pain, the actor said he is trying to stay strong for the sake of his family, friends, loyal fans, and especially his children, who will look up to him for strength as they all learn to move on without Allwell Ademola.

In his words, Rotimi Salami wrote:

“72 hours of endless tears still can’t bring back my Shuga boo.

To everyone who has genuinely reached out to me with love and concern for my state of mind and well-being through countless calls, messages, and voice notes, I see them all. I truly do.

I’m just too weak right now to read, listen, respond, or even find the words to express how I really feel.

All is not well at the moment.

But for the sake of our family, friends, and the fans who have shown up in prayers, posts, calls, and overwhelming love — and most especially for my children, who will draw strength from me as we learn to move on without our Shuga Boo, our Ibiayo, our Eniobanke, our Allwell Ademola — I promise to stand strong.

Please, when you see me, don’t try to console me because I will break down.

I still can’t say farewell.

Shuga boo.”

The post has continued to draw sympathy from fans and colleagues across the entertainment industry, many of whom are sending prayers and words of encouragement as Rotimi navigates this deeply painful period.
