Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson has shared an emotional message to the public, appreciating them for the overwhelming love and support shown to him and his family following the death of his father.
It was earlier reported that Timini announced his father’s passing a few days ago, saying he never imagined he would begin the new year mourning his dad. He also promised to keep making him proud despite the painful loss.
His elder sister, actress Dakore Akande, also reacted to the loss, describing herself as heartbroken but relieved that their father is no longer in pain. She thanked God for the beautiful memories they shared, including his love for music, fashion, laughter, and the legacy of excellence he left behind.
In a follow-up post shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday evening, Timini reflected on strength in difficult times. He reminded his followers that tough times do not last, but tough people do. The actor expressed deep gratitude to everyone who reached out with prayers, messages, and kind gestures.
According to him, the show of love has brought comfort to his family and reassured them that they are not alone during this challenging period.
