Influencer and media personality Priscilla Ojo-Mkambala has spoken out after discovering that some of her expensive Van Cleef jewelry went missing during her wedding period.
In a post shared on her Snapchat story, Priscilla revealed that she noticed the jewelry was no longer in her possession while recently arranging her closet. According to her, the discovery made her realize that someone she trusted and allowed access to her room at the time may have taken the items.
The mother of one explained that during her wedding preparations, many people had access to her belongings, and she admits she was careless to assume everyone was honest. She described the situation as painful and disappointing but said she has accepted it as a hard lesson and is ready to move on.
Sharing her thoughts, she wrote that whoever took the Van Cleef jewelry could also take the empty boxes, adding that “it is well.” Priscilla further expressed shock that someone she trusted could betray her trust, noting that her things were scattered at the time because of the many activities around her wedding.
Her post has since sparked conversations online, with many fans sympathizing with her and advising others to be more careful with their personal belongings, especially during major events.
