Drama continues to surround controversial singer Portable as one of his baby mamas, Ashabi, spoke candidly about their past and why she isn’t making promises about their future.
In an interview, Ashabi alleged that Portable took advantage of her when she was young. She also highlighted the singer’s large family, noting that he already has 10 children at the age of 32, including her two-year-old child.
“Portable chanced me, he saw me at my younger age and took advantage of it, and he used to be a caring person. Portable has 10 children at age 32 and mine is 2 out of them,” she said.
When asked if there is a chance of rekindling their relationship, Ashabi gave no clear answer, saying: “I didn’t promise anybody anything.” She emphasized that her career comes first and shared her thoughts on infidelity. While she finds cheating unacceptable, she explained that it shouldn’t interfere with her work.
“I know I can’t leave my work for anything, so I don’t care if my husband cheats or not because of the nature of my work, but he should not just let me know he is doing it,” Ashabi stated.
Her interview has since sparked mixed reactions online, with many Nigerians debating her honesty, her claims, and the ongoing controversies surrounding Portable.
