“I Will Keep Living in a Way That Makes You Proud” – Faithia Williams Pens Emotional Tribute to Late Mother 41 Days After Burial

Nollywood actress Faithia Williams has shared a heartfelt tribute to her late mother, 41 days after her passing.

In an emotional post on her Instagram page, the actress reflected on her grief, saying that although people often say time heals, she finds it difficult to believe that time can ease such deep pain.

According to her, even after 41 days since her mother was laid to rest, the love she feels for her continues to grow stronger despite the sorrow.

In her words:

“41 days have passed since we laid you to rest, Moomi, yet every sunrise still feels like the first without you… The world tells me time heals, but how can time heal a wound carved from the very heart that first beat for me?”

Faithia described her late mother as more than just a parent, calling her her first home, her safest place, and her biggest supporter. She credited her for teaching her how to love, forgive, and remain strong even in difficult times.

“Iya oyinbo, you were not just my mother; you were my first home, my safest prayer, my loudest cheerleader, and my softest landing place,” she wrote.

The actress also promised to continue living a life that would make her mother proud, holding on to the values and strength she instilled in her.

Her emotional message has touched many fans and colleagues, with several taking to social media to offer support and condolences as she continues to mourn her loss.
